So I built a second floor in my house and built some walls I assumed made a room. However, when trying trying to place carpeting or other floor patterns one room is not registering. It's trying to put the carpet outside of the room and not even covering the whole room. The second floor is technically ceiling as I couldn't figure out how to make it floor but the floor patterning worked in another room. This may be a simple issue but I'm having a really hard time figuring this out and I've never had this kind of issue in another sims game. Is there any way to manually apply the floor patterns or is the only way to automatically fill a room? I dont get it.
