Product: The Sims 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest one
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Email me for more info - video attached
What happens when the bug occurs? It flashes and I lose control of my computer screen. I can’t move or play
What do you expect to see? The game not flashing on and off
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I’ve downloaded Sims 4 and it continues to ‘flash’ on my pc. Then I can’t do anything with the game swap screens or pages. My mother’s details are <removed email address> or contact me
