Finishing buying DLC on Steam

Hello! I have the base game and some DLC on disk and activated it on Origin, can I buy the rest of the DLC on Steam and activate it on Origin/Sims 3 website? Asking cause I have some leftover money on steam so I wanted to use it on the rest of the Sims 3 DLC!

@Senpesuto You should be able to buy them on Steam and activate on Origin, however, you need to own the base game first in order to buy any packs. Recently, players have needed to contact EA support in order to activate Steam packs on Origin, as not everyone has been able to claim the Origin key, so keep that in mind.
