Having same issue as well - deleted my cache for origin and now repairing the lot. fingers crossed i get it working...

My game wont go online anymore,  it's so annoying.  Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this.

Same here in the Netherlands, can't access the gallery, this morning i also couldn't start Origin in Online mode but that seems to be resolved.

Since last night I have not been able to log into the Sims 4 Gallery.

I am on online mode.

This has never happened before.

Firewall is fine and allowing Sims 4 through.

Internet is fine and working...

What could be the problem?

I am also having the same problem it just started in the beginning of this year I have played and got online all the time doing the same thing that I always do when playing but now it will not let me go online ONLY once I have launched to start the game in origin it says I am online (But only in play mode will it not connect) very frustrating I live in a private home with my own internet hooked straight to the computer

My home internet is working perfectly fine, however, just today I have come to log into my Sims 4 and it won’t let me connect to my Gallery online. This is the first time it has happened and I’ve rebooted everything but it’s still not working. Even though my Origin account is connected. Any ideas?
