Hi everyone,

 

Same problem occurs in France on PC.

 

I keep trying to connect to the gallery but it fails. I'm connected on Origin. 
I've tried everything I've read on the internet but nothing helps.

@EA_Barry It's 29 Feb 2020, and I am unable to connect to the gallery and it keeps saying unable to connect even thought I have internet as well.

Yesterday I had trouble connecting to Origin and Sims 4, but I got Origin to work and SIms 4 still won't connect. Every time I try going online in-game, it says "Could not connect." Origin is working now, I've restarted the game, I don't have mods/CC, I restarted my laptop... It's been two days of this now. I was connected before, so I don't know what the problem is.

having the same issue starting today (1st March 2020) 

Gallery was working fine yesterday when I used it and now today it will not connect to the internet.

have checked and both origin and laptop are connected but gallery refuses to connect

@kreatoraConfirmed on my side. Also, the web-gallery doesn't work either.
