Family wont load and it just brings me back to map

I know they'res already answers for this bug but I bought my game on origin so I have no files to delete and what not I want to just play my game but I dont know what else to do?

Try repairing your game via Origin.

1. Launch Origin
2. Click Game Library
3. Find the Sims 4
4. Right-click
5. Click "Repair Game"
