Family with Alien will not load and crashes game

Every time I try to boot my family with an alien, the game gives me this error message and crashed out to the Home Worlds menu. (see attached)
I played this save file with a different family last night after the patch and it was fine. The alien is now looking human even though I left her in her alien form, and the family won't load when I try to play them. I am assuming the issue is the alien since she changed her appearance, but since I can't load the house I just don't know.
My mods are removed.
It seems my first post got rid of the first attachment so here is the error code.
