Failed to switch language

Hi,

I have just bought the sims4, and now having a great time playing it,

its such an incredible game, however, I am having some problems here as I don't know how to switch the language from English to Chinese,

I have already downloaded the game, is it possible to change the language without starting over the game I am playing now?
