Failed to save. Error code: 0. TS4 [ Edited ]

 Sul Sul!
TS4 was playing and when I save appeared the following message - Failed to Salvaro the game. Error code: 0. I tried to save again; I managed to do the process.
I performed some actions with my doll and had to take a break, I save again and could not; I decided to quit the game because
there was not much time was saved and when I came back, I lost much of the progress of my game and when I say big, it's like,
much the same. Now, it seems that my save is corrupt and do not know how to solve. Heeeelp! Note: This error occurred after a mandatory update of the game.
