FROZEN ON LOADING SCREEN (SIMS 4)

Hi so my game was working just fine until last night and this morning. I went to play and it let me click the "play" button but i was then STUCK on the loading screen. PLEASE FIX OR I WOULD LIKE A REFUND! I've had nothing but problems with this game.
