(do also try hitting repair game on Origin)

EDIT: 

Build mods works though, right ? Try bulldozing the house and see if it then loads.

Here is my save file. So far the only way I could get my game to work was to remove the sims 4 file and have the game generate a new one. If I tried to put my old saves into the new folders it still went back to the map screen. I was able to move everything but my saves.

Any family in particular ? Not able to replicate. Tried two families.

Does it happen when first loading the game or later on ?

Did you remove all mods and kept them out when trying your save game ?

my sim is a detective. he was going to arrest a suspect so i saved the game when he was in the area with the suspect. then i quited to main menu and this problem occurred when i try to load the game (my sims has a wife was at her work place and 2 children was at the school so nobody's home)

I tried your game and it loads for me if I don't load the husband but the wife. She'll appear at home. Just play until the shift is over and the husband should return. Do not click on him until he's home

(My sims are currently living on their retail lot, that's why their home lot is empty.)

Easel at the retail lot.

Enter retail lot in build mode, delete the easel and it should work again

I've deleted the easel on the lot, but I'm still facing the same problem.

EDIT: Never mind, it's working again. Thank you for your help!
