Eye colors with ages under young adults

Couldn't think of a better title...also hoping this is the I-am-not-sure-it's-a-bug-section.

so 2 things.

First. I can't seem to change the eye colours of my child and teen sims. I click on their eyes and get the presets but not the swatches. so my teens are stuck with the default ea eyes (only the one colour aswell).

Second. I have default eyes(CC) and like with the first problem, they only work for young adults and up.

is anyone else having this issue??

sounds like an issue with the custom content you're using.

Did you check with the creator if they're still compatible with the newest patch ?

Do you have any issues without the custom content ?
