I bought the University and tiny living packs and they arent showing up when I play the game. I talked on live chat with someone and she said I had legacy and it wouldnt work with that so she helped me get rid of that and said it would work. I tried to start up the game and the packs still weren’t there. What should I do? No one has answered my emails or anything. I have a PC and it’s somewhat old, let me know if either of those things can effect it.

The person I talked to on the live chat said she removed legacy or something like that.

@lindzb913 Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and choose 64-bit from the dropdown menu. If you don't see it, right-click on the Sims 4 icon and select Repair, quit Origin and reopen it, and look again.
If the option still isn't there, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I purchased Moschino and it wont let me download it to play with.

Restart your computer, and try to download the pack again. If it doesn't work, please let me know what happens when you click Download. If you get an error, please post a screenshot.
