Everytime I try to switch to Window, game freezes!?

So, I switched to Fullscreen Windowed and when I was done, exited the game.

Now, I'm trying to play the game. I get to the loading screen without CC, and then when I try to switch to window, it crashes. Help me!?

@SimmerOfThePast hello. What error you see? With a new folder The Sims 4 (in My Documents) it's repeated again? 

How make a new folder The Sims 4.

1.Follow to: My Documents - Electronic Arts - The Sims 4.

2. Rename The Sims 4 folders. For example, The Sims 4 Old

3. Run the game and checking for craches
