Everything is gone

I turned my laptop on today, hoping to play the Sims 3 as usual when i entered the main menu i realised that my 3 saved games were gone, i was very confused and turned my laptop off and back on. But then my sim 3 launcher was completely empty. My custom content, store content and uploads were all gone. My expansion pack was still there but everything else was gone. I didn't update anything or do anything, the day before, sims was working fine and now if i want to play, it starts with tutorials and i don't know what to do. Please help me,
