Every time I try to order the Sims 4 it doesnt work/says my account is pending a $1 charge each time

I have been trying to order the Sims 4 since yesterday and every time I try to it says my card is not valid. I tried with two different cards. It has never worked but then on my credit card statements it says that there is an amount pedning for a $1 each time I tried. I tried multiple times on both cards, but never had success. I do not want my account to get charged $1 for each time I attempted to order the Sims .
