How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The bugs only occured after i update my game to the 21st anniversary update
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? install the anniversary update with custom content and packs installed
What happens when the bug occurs? Every single item is missing, you cant even select walls in build mode, no cas items are showing up the main menu is totally blank and squished
What do you expect to see? Every build mode item and cas item back
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? 21st anniversary update

@80sBookWorm197 Have you tried without mods ? Might be something that's outdated with this patch.

Also try repairing your game.

I updated my game to install the new 21st birthday patch and since then I can't see anything in build mode, CAS or the home page.

1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.
