Erwin Pries can't "Hip Bump" with Active Sim

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs up to and including Eco Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find the Strangerville NPC, Erwin Pries, with an energized sim and queue the interaction "Hip Bump"
What happens when the bug occurs? The interaction will be dropped and nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? To have my sim "Hip Bump" with Erwin.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim can Hip Bump with other sims just not Erwin. I did try repairing the game and it did not solve the problem.

I tried on a fresh save with no mods from the start and it works. It might be because I met Erwin outside of Strangerville via a summon sim cheat. I'll do some more testing on that theory. Thanks for the insight.

Could you test a fresh save for testing purposes ?

I never did find the cause but it’s working now so I’ll accept it. Thank you for your time and help. 🙂
