Error when updating

Hello, I noticed that i had a new update and it updated. But after awhile it paused and it came up with error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 262149:131086" I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me

Go to the Origin.
Right click on TS4 - option: "update". Stop this update.
Fix the game in Origin - Right click on TS4 - option: "repair"
and try again to update the game from Origin

This is EA's solution
Make sure that you are using the latest version of Origin
Removing and Re-adding the Origin to the exceptions list for your Firewall/Anti-Virus.
Flushing your DNS cache
Open the Windows Start Menu
Type ‘cmd’ in the ‘Search programs and files’ field and press enter
Type ‘ipconfig /flushdns’ and press enter

It just freezes.
