Error message

Hi, My sims 4 game gives me an error whenever I want to play it. It tells me that it is unable to start due to my video card not meeting the minimum requirements. This computer is new and updated. I was able to play the game before on this pc but it randomly started giving me the error message. Please help I love this game.

@SavPMA  If your computer is a pc (not mac) please post your computer's dxdiag - how to post your computer's dxdiag  and attach it to the paper clip in the bottom right of the response window.  thank you

I just got a new laptop and am getting this error. What is wrong?

your card is fine, should work with that

please try the following things

1. See if it starts in windowed mode: 
2. Turn off Origin In Game
3. If you have a dual graphics system, make sure the game runs on the card and not the chip
4. Uninstall and reinstall your graphics drivers
5. Rollback to earlier graphics drivers
6. Right click on the game in Origin and press repair game

Test after each step
