Error message when trying to buy Sims 3 Late Night

when i go to purchase the game, i enter in all my information and it says it is processing my order. a minute later i get the error messsage of "Sorry, your order could not be completed, Please try again later." Well i have been trying for 4 days now. Today just so happens to be the last day of the Sims 3 sale and i STILL cant purcahse the game i want. If i cant get this game on sale, or this cant be fixed, im no longer buying anything for Origin anymore. Someone or anyone have a solution??

You need to contact a Customer Support game advisor for this

  1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
  2. Set your language to US at the bottom
  3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
  4. Describe your issue with a few words
  5. Click on Find a Solution
  6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
  7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
