Error message: unable to start due to missing game data

The error message reads: 

Unable to start due to missing game data. Please download The Sims 4 Legacy Edition from origin. 

I have just downloaded EA and moved from origin to EA but was assured everything would transfer smoothly. It says I only have the standard edition when I look at the game but I dont know what to do from here?? 

Please help I really want to play, have so much saved on there too!!!
