Error code when loading Mt. Komorebi

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.36
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every pack installed except Star wars and pet stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? error code 132d55c03c12c4bcd6
What happens when the bug occurs? The game exits out of the Mt. Komorebi excursion and tells me to relaunch the game.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to use the features in the snowy escape pack.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I never had issues with snowy escape pack until the latest update. 1.36 now I can't go on the Mt. Komorebi excursion or snowboard or ski.

My sims can't go on the Mt Komorebi excursion anymore all I get is this error message: 132d55c03c12c4bcd6 it then tells me to relaunch the game. I've relaunched and it doesn't help at all. Its so frustrating because my sims can't snowboard or ski anymore either. What's really odd is they used to be able to do everything in the snowy escape pack. Now my sims can't enjoy any of the snowy escape winter sports or mountain excursion.

I play on a PS4 so obviously I don't have mods.

@QuarantinedUser Do you get this error when you travel to a certain lot or on any household you're trying to load or is it all lots in the mountain area ?

Yeah the only solution I found was to start a new game. It's pretty frustrating but I ended up deleting that save file and starting over. It was the only way I could play snowy escape again without the game constantly crashing or not loading. Not happy starting over but at least I can play again.
