The solution was restart the pc, tried to run as admin, went to the __install folder and installed everything, with the same error. Restarted the computer, and it was working fine. Thanks.

Try if it works if you start Origin as administrator.

If you installing from disc, start setup.exe as administartor

The problem is with origin, the same solution was used with Titanfall (game trial). Same symptoms, same solution.
