Error code 196613:0

Okay so, I have a little (big) problem

Origin told me to switch from my 64 bits version of the game to the 32 version. So I did. But now, it dosen't want to change .-. It always says "Error 196613:0". I already enabled the safe sownload thing and it changed nothing. I can't play now. Please help

Sounds more like an Origin issue but could you  post your Computer's DxDiag?

Help, I cannot get the latest Sims 4 update, & it's telling me that I can't play the game until it updates, I keep getting Error 196613:0, and the download won't go past 54%, I've tried restarting the download, restarting origin, & restarting my computer, as well as some tips I've seen for this error, but none of what I was seeing, like safe download mode, I could find, want to play the game with my family I created, but can't until it updates, but it won't update

Uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version) Uninstalling with this program is important because it will delete all traces of Origin from your computer and you don't need to use CCleaner for this purpose.

and install again

Then:
Cancel your update - if it is still running
Origin/ Library - right click on TS4 - option "stop update"
Then choose there next option - "repair game"
After this select another option: "check updates"
