Are you only using defender or any other security software as well ? Have you tried if it works if you turn controlled folder access off completely (for testing ?)

@sclina could you try starting origin as administrator and then start sims 4 from there ?
What language are you playing the game in ?

@crinrict I tried doing that and it's still just giving me the error message. I'm playing the game in German, but I already tried changing the language to English and Spanish but also no success.

@crinrict Yes, it did but never actually started up the game, it's always just a blackscreen with my cursor loading and then it crashes and gives me the error.
