Error: 327682:0 after playing The Sims 4 for one year or more

After one year of playing sims 4, a few months ago i was trying to play it and the play button wasn't able. It showd me that there was an Error: 327682:0. Afterwards, I don't know how, I could manage to play ( I think that by reparing it several times until ir work). Now I have the same problem and it's the same error, but I cant get in the game

Do you have security software running? Could you try disabling that?
