I'm actually from Norway! To solve the problem on a MACBOOK AIR that I have, just reinstall the sims 4. Unfortunately, you will lose all your stored sims. I hope this helps many people, first of all I use google translate so there may be some of what I write gets wrong

Hi I tried to fix the gamelike 6 times, deleted all of my cc and added the newest sims 4 legacy edition nothing works my game doesn't start anymore what do I do?! please help
