THe game says I do not have the video card needed to run the game but when i ran the test of Can You Run It? it says I have the recommended state to run the game. I have a AMD Radeon HD 7660D in my computer. Can someone tell me why it won't run?

That card should run it, but you may need to download updated drivers. You can get them from support.amd.com.
