Edge scrolling + Saying an update PLEASE HELP!

So basically, Edge scrolling wont stop going untill I click the screen or go into tab mode. I recently made a view changes with one of the files and then went back into the game saying my game needs to be update so the saved game can open saftley. PLEASE HELP!
