Can't Download Eco LifeStyle

@Sherryist Go to your game library and click Sims 4. Below the icon will be titles such as extra content, expansion packs, etc. Click expansion packs and scroll down to Eco Lifestyle. There should be a download button

Preordered Eco lifestyles , game unlocked but no way to download. I don't need a code. Already talked to help and have done all they told me too. Still have same issue.. no option to download.

I am unable to download eco lifestyle. Usually, it's an automatic download once I sign on. But this time I preordered and now I don't see how I can initiate the download.

Can click on 'Download' in the 'Expansion Packs'-tab in the Origin Library?

If you're not sure what/where I mean look at the enclosed picture. Under Cat & Dogs there's and orange button that says 'Play', under Eco Lifestyle it should say 'Download'.

@Sherryist @cajunpug and @christineturf   Where are you currently located?  The U.S. doesn't get access to the pack until midnight EDT, and other areas of the Western Hemisphere may have similar timelines.

If it's after midnight where you are, please clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, login to Origin again, and see whether you can download.

Ah, I think I see. When I go to the Store in Origin and click on Eco Lifestyle the Release Date portion under the game description says 'June 4, 2020 9:00 PM PDT'. If that's the case, then I we simply have a few more hours to go. Darn it.
