Eco Lifestyle downloaded but does not show in game

Downloaded Eco Lifestyle but it will not show in the game. Ive tried restarting the computer and program.

@rachelmorgan5  Does your computer run the Legacy Edition of Sims 4?  If so, that's the issue: Eco Lifestyle doesn't run at all in the LE.  (Neither do Discover University and Tiny Living, and neither will future packs.)

If your computer cannot in fact run the standard version of Sims 4 and needs the LE, you can request a refund for the pack from EA customer support.
