Eco Lifestyle HELPPPP

1. Just bought eco lifestyle on origin and it downloaded fine. It says that it’s in my game and has the orange check but when I get into sims it’s not in my expansion options and nothing new pops up like when you first play with a new expansion pack. Not sure what to do

@xxsophiebabexx11  Does your computer run the Legacy Edition of Sims 4?  If so, that's the issue: Eco Lifestyle doesn't run in the LE.  If your computer cannot in fact run the standard version of the game and needs the LE, then you can request a refund from EA customer support.

If you're running the standard version, please clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair the game: right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

@puzzlezaddict I cleared my cache and I have legacy. I’m not sure what else to do. It’s still not showing up.

@jpkarlsen I wrote the reply as a reply to the previous answer. Meaning I read it. I’ve Cleared origins cache. Is there a way to uninstall legacy? And run eco lifestyle?

@CrystalGuysir  Whether you can run the standard version of Sims 4 or not depends on the specs of your computer.  Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post (Windows):
