I have tried multiple times to pre-order the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe, and though it sends a message to my phone saying money has been taken from my card, my order info on origin still says that the order has failed. It won't let me cancel the order either.
Now it is also listing the product I ordered from the site while it was in Korean as a different product than when it was in English. Is that really something that should be happening?
I don't want to be billed for things that I won't even be recieving. Help please.
