Ea server

My Sims 3 game will not allow me to login to the ea server. It just says unable to login. Wifi is connected and I am logged in. Any help would be great.

@abrittain08  Try clearing Internet Explorer's browser cache.  Even if you never use it, the game does for some purposes.  Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorites.

If you still have trouble logging in, please describe exactly where (what screen), and how long this has been an issue.
