EP09 Trial PH Display Name?

I haven't played the Sims in a month, and when I logged on, one of my saved I notice a question mark about trial content. I have the whole sims collection besides cottage living so I do not have anything trial related. I logged off and went to origin and I saw this under expansion packs the EP09 Trial PH Display Name... It doesn't tell me what it was for and after it installed, all it did was open my Sims game but I didn't see any differences...  Does anyone know what this is and also why one of my saves have question mark?

@RoseusAmor  It looks like Origin is having a hiccup.  EP09 is Eco Lifestyle, but the strings for the free trial apparently haven't been filled in yet.  As long as EL is loading in your save and you don't get the missing objects warning, you should be fine.
