EA app not launching sims 3

Me and one of the customer service people tried to get my sims 3 working but the EA app keeps loading it half way (orange line) and crashes then reopens the ea app ive never had issues on origin with sims 3 only on EA app please help i want to play sims 3

what do I do when I get the doc where do I send it to or where?
