EA Sims Registration/Additional Content

I registered all my sims games that I have (Seasons, University Life, World Adventures, Generations, Pets, Late Night, High End Loft, and Sims 3) and I never got my additional content. How do I get my additional content or how do I find it? Please help!

They may also appear in your purchase history: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

thank you I found them. but now it won't download. I think it might be because I updated my computer to windows 10, no sure but ill figure it out. thank you again!

@RacerForever16Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Sometimes running the launcher at the same time helps

Make sure you're updated to 1.67 ( http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Current-Patch-1-67-Manual-links-and-more/td-p/67858 )

If it is updated, could you please post the info from here if there is any: documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
