EA ID shows up as numbers on Sims 4 Gallery

My EA ID shows up as numbers on the Sims 4 Gallery.

@RadiantSimmer Weird. When I search for your name, I only so lots under a different names and not the ones you're showing on the pic.

Did you change your name lately ?

I only changed my name once to "StarrySimmer" just to see if the numbers would change but it didn't. So I changed my name back to RadiantSimmer but it still showed up as numbers.

@RadiantSimmer There was a similar issue before when someone changed their name to something that someone else had in the past, that seems to have messed up the gallery.

Might just be a cache issue.

How long has this been going on for you ?

It's been going on since I started playing the Sims 4 and officially changed my EA ID.

I'll try clearing up my cache to see what happens.

@RadiantSimmer It's more the gallery cache then yours. There's probably not much you can do.
