EA Email incentive error

I want to sign up for the EA incentives EMAILS but it says I don't meet the criteria. But I SIGNED UP FOR THE EMAILS BEFORE. AND I MEET ALL THE CRITERIA. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

you need to be old enough and, have to sign up with the same email the game is registered to in order to get the guitar. I believe the age limit is 16.
