I just purchased the Dragon Valley expansion for my PC from Amazon. I have never had any problems getting the Sims games from Amazon until right now. I recieved the game, brand new, unopened and I went to install it into my computer. The installation seemed easy at first but then when I went to type in the registration code it told me I was using a code that has already been used. Does anyone know who I contact in order to get this situation fixed?
Once the code is accepted it will give an error code the next time it is entered. If the code was accepted DV should appear in your purchase history. If dv is not there you need to contact EA game consultant at help.ea.com and on the right click contact us. Follow the prompts till you reach chat or call back. call back is only available in the us and certain times.
