Downloads not showing up

I downloaded furnature items from the sims 3 shop with sim points, downloaded them and installed, it all seemed fine, but they do not show up in my game. I have tried to delete and reinstall, etc. but nothing works. Please help my downloaded content work!

same problem here too. the items did work untill the lateist patch came out and now about 20 items out of 1000's work. its not my items are the issue as they did work before. sort it out EA !!!
