Downloading the sims 4 on second pc?

Hi, I purchased the cd version of the sims 4 and installed it on a laptop which has now broken. Our replacement laptop doesn't had a cd drive so I was wondering if I could download the sims 4 and install it via the Internet without having to purchase it again? If this it is possible, where would I need to go to find this option online?

Yes, you need to install Origin first, then log in with the account you first used to install the game with. 
Then go to the 'My games' tab and download The Sims 4 though there.
