Downloading isn't working and keeps restarting. Please help. [ Edited ]

So I had to redownload the Sims 4 again on my PC after I tried to move its location. I ended up cutting my losses and just went the clean reinstall route which has seemed to be the worst choice now that I think about it. I've been waiting almost two days for it to download and have tried everything I've read on the forms (safe mood, running as administrator, meta connection, disabling firewalls, etc) and nothing has seemed to work. 

It just keeps backtracking with the downloading progress before it eventually crashes because of an "orgin" error. 

  Any help would be amazing. Thanks!
