I originaly bought the DragonVally world on my old computer and was, after great efforts able to downlad it. I had to get a new computer (A better one; aka not a problem on the compters side of things) I was downloading all of my other content and could not access DragonVally through my Origin account. I went to the Sims3 website to try and access it throught my account there. And while it shows it as having been bought and used on my account page, I have no way of downloading it. Everytime I go to the DragonVally it wants my to 'purchess a bundle'. With the thought of trying to rebuy it I went back to Origin because they were having a 'gamer apperciation' discount, and rebought the DragonVally world-set. It gave me a code that I tried to redeem and the Sims3 website said I was already intidled to the stuff and would not let me redeem the code. I am about to pull my hir out trying to get the stuff I have nw paid for TWICE and Want to know if there is a way for me to access and download that world-pack.

i would contact CS to see for a refund as you didnt need to buy it again
second check the purcahse history not the store page( i own dragon valley but if i check the store page it still has the buy a bundle option) to downlaod and install the one you do own
also some browsers don't work well with the store if using chrome or safari try IE or firefox
if orign opens instead of the launcher up to downlaod the world from your purchase history then try crins tip here 2nd last post

You are a life saver... Okay so my life wasn't actually in danger but my sanity was. (Though my sanity is strained do to a bunch of different things) You guys just go my off the edge and aay from the deep end.
