Downloaded new update - No new content / sim stories?

Downloaded the update, loaded the sims. The new look is all there, but when I go to create a new household, there is no sim story option. Also no new hair/clothing in my current sims wardrobe. I've downloaded, restarted and disabled mods (I opened my game and they were not enabled, but I'm not sure if I had that set up previously or if the update changed the setting. I don't recall seeing any of the mods in my game recently but there was some in the folder.

Is that my issue? If so, how do I undo this? I'd like to check out the new content!

@ZOALAM Did you start a new save or an existing one ? On an existing, you find the story mode on the plus sign at the button.

For the clothing/Hair, did you try repairing your game through Origin ?
