Downloaded Sims 4, game is slow. Only will let me create sims freezes constantly

Downloaded Sims 4, game is slow. Only will let me create sims but then does not load once trying to play the game, freezes constantly. Wanting a refund. I have also changed the Settings to low. Please help me
