Download videos from My Studio?

Is there a way to download videos and screenshots from My Studio?

I think the reason that I cannot upload anything additional to My Studio is that I have too many screenshots and videos uploaded there. (I don't remember uploading them. They're from 2010.) I don't seem to have these videos saved anywhere on my computer. Is there a way to download them from My Studio before I delete them to make more space?
