Download issues for StrangerVille [ Edited ]

I was in game in the sims 4, and bought the new strangerville pack. I exited the game to see if it was downloading out of game, and it wasn't but when i went back in game, it said that it was. Out of game it's still giving me prices as if I haven't bought it, but when i click purchase it says I own the pack but not the game even though the game and all the other packs are installed. In game its saying I own it too but still not showing me any of the stuff for it

Rightclick the game in Origin Game library and select repair.
