Thanks for the reply. But help I got this problem too ! I've already checked the Firewall and its not blocked Origin. I'm the only one laptop who use the WiFi so I think 'heavy load' is not possible. I'm always get stucked on 93-97% and then 89% again ! Its frustating because I wanted to play The Sims 4 so much.
Please help me
